Muscle Suit reduces turnover rate in Nursing care industry 【Kinuta Nursing Institute】

Kinuta Nursing Institute, a nursing care facility introduced “Muscle Suit Every” to reduce employees’ burden in their tough working environment. It is said that nursing care industry has high turnover rate of 15.4% and workers quitting their job within 3 years goes up to 64% in Japan.
