Muscle Suit 有助於提高生產力和員工滿意度【草莓農場-つづく農園】

在農業部證實了肌力裝的效力後，一家草莓園決定採用肌力裝Muscle Suit Every。草莓園是最艱苦的農業環境之一，因為這動作大半時間要維持在中腰的狀態。在知道肌力裝之前，農場只有唯一選擇以改善工作環境，就是做大量的投資，將草莓種植在更高的地面。由於這價格昂貴再加上影響了草莓的風味，最好的解決方案便是導入肌力裝。

透過這項評估，肌力裝被證實1年可減少130個工作時數，減少1,200美元的工作成本。沒有使用肌力裝時，工人們需要時常休息以伸展背部。有些工人更因為背痛而無法工作。這些問題得到了解決，進而提高了生產率。

該農場為每位員工導入了共5套的肌力裝，不僅僅是為了提高生產力，也讓員工滿意，保持工作的穩定。"生產力是不可或缺的，但員工的健康是最重要的，只要他們健康快樂，農場將會繼續取得成功，而肌力裝為我們帶來了這些"，農場業主感激的說。

Muscle Suit contribute to productivity and employees’ satisfaction【Strawberry Farm Tsuzuku】

A strawberry farm decided to introduce Muscle Suit Every after a project by　Ministry of Agriculture that proved the effectiveness of the suits. Strawberry farms are one of the toughest farming environment to work since the activities involve to keep middle waist posture for most of the time. Before knowing about the Muscle Suit, the farm had only one choice to improve the working environment, which was to make a big investment to grow strawberries to higher ground. Since this is pricey plus it affects the taste of the strawberry, the best solution was to introduce Muscle Suit.

Through the project, the suit had proven it can reduce 130 working hours a year, with reduction of labor cost of 1200USD. Without the suit, the workers needed to take rests often to stretch their backs. Some workers needed to miss their work due to their back pain. These problems were solved and lead to improvement of productivity.

The farm introduced total of 5 units of Muscle Suit for every employee, not just to improve productivity but to satisfy employees and keep stable employment. “Productivity is essential but the most important thing is employees wellness. As long　as they are fit and happy, our farm will continue making success and Muscle Suit has　brought us that”, the farm owner appreciates.
